- Created a KPI dictionary and ownership model (definition, source, cadence, owner)
- Implemented automated extraction/transform steps to reduce manual spreadsheet consolidation
- Built dashboard views for exec, ops, and team leads (same metrics, different lenses)
- Added alerts for anomalies and missing data to prevent silent failure

- Cut reporting effort by replacing manual compilation with automated refresh
